3:00 pm Workshop C: Transform Safety Goals from Metrics to Meaningful Impact Through Customer Focused Problem Solving
- Learn to Work Backwards from Customer Problems to Safety Goals. Participants will practice identifying real operational challenges, establishing truth statements about why they matter, and setting goals that directly address field needs rather than arbitrary metrics.
- Apply a Structured Problem-Solving Framework Through Hands-On Scenarios. Teams will work through realistic safety situations to uncover root issues and developing goals that create measurable value for operations personnel.
- Experience Interactive Learning with Scenario-Based Challenges. The workshop combines focused instruction with collaborative group exercises where participants practice the complete process from problem identification to goal establishment in time-bound scenarios.
